Each individual may hold only one registered account on the PH 29 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. PH 29 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, PH 29 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. PH 29 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. PH 29 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify PH 29 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
PH 29 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with PH 29's KYC process, which may include submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
PH 29 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. PH 29 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
Deposits are generally credited to your PH 29 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. PH 29 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PH 29 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
PH 29's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PH 29 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
PH 29 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
PH 29 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
